[How about take a breath and chill out. Not battlemetrics fault that someone before you falsified player data on that server IP & Port.
You can always ask your host to switch server IP or Port, making BM show your server as a new record.

Many of our anti-botting checks are automated and your server may have been flagged by one of these systems. In order for us to re-rank your server, we will need to verify your server population by virtue of an RCON connection to the server.
You can start an RCON connection here: https://www.battlemetrics.com/subscription/rcon
If you choose to enable RCON, please let us know by emailing us. After we've been able to collect data for a few days, we will be able to make a determination on whether to re-rank the server(s).
