You're right, there is no option to upload a video.
Could you upload it, for example, to YouTube and send a link via email to service@pubgmobile.com? Make sure to include a description of your game-crashing issue.

Bro Just factory reset the phone and clear the cache partition of the phone, lower you phones graphic settings in developer mode and lower the buffer cache size. If it dont work then just get a new phone
