Low quality LODs
My DH quality settings are all at max and when some chunks that are far like here generate like this

also some other chunks that were high quality now look like they have low settings

try medium
extreme should work fine as you have almost no lods but its still heavy

Try a binary search and figure out which mod is causing it.
So disable half of the mods, see if issue is still there, if yes disable half again etc etc until you find the mod that's causing the issue.

17 hours is quite a lot
bit looks like that even when i get near the lods

cause you shouldnt be moving around or flying
your cpu is at 100% busy with the lods

what i meant before is, since i have max quality all lods should have the max quality
but the further lods are worse quality
