Probe samples exceed sample_tolerance in the back of the plate

Hello, I'm trying to do the BEACON_RATOS_CALIBRATE command and I'm having issues with it. I Have a V-Core 4 500 IDEX, and while I get a decent measures in the front and center of the bed, when it gets to the back (460, 460 mostly) it's pretty inconsistent. Because I saw a huge difference between front and back of the plate (about 2.5 mm!), I measured with the caliper to check if it was real, and I got less than 0.05 mm difference sometimes between front and back. The maximum I got was 0.13 mm, which obviously is way far away from 2 mm.
My bed mesh is not bad, I attached an image of it. the maximum difference is 0.183 mm, I think it's pretty good for a 500 x 500 printer.
What could be the problem? It only happens in the back, and it's driving me crazy. When I manage to make the BEACON_RATOS_CALIBRATE to finish I usually got a extreme gantry twist, which I suspect it's not real. Could be the magnetic sheet?
