Probe samples exceed sample_tolerance on my newly upgraded RR 400 hybrid 4.1

I have upgraded from the 4.0 to 4.1 and followed the directions as far as I can think of

But the beacon calibration does not go through and stops at Probe samples exceed sample_tolerance, and always on the 150c test

It looks like this below and I don't know what you might need from me other than maybe the logs

I have no filament on the nozzle, and I have followed the instructions with the nozzle and heat tightened it and also use the original bed sheet

I had no issues prior to the upgrade, all the beacon tests and calibration went through just fine, so I am unsure what to try next
