Popularity battle - creating multiple accounts

This account is clearly making accounts for popularity battle. There are multiple accounts with similar names and same profile pictures. Attached is a screen recording. Mentioned player UID: 52386018155

So to get this straight…i report the account through in game “Report” button that appears in popularity battle correct? These are the options given. None of them corresponds to violation involving multiple account creation for popularity battle

I tried “other” and “unfair advantage” sub options in Report pop up window. This was the response from Security check.. Is there another place to report accounts like this because there are many like that
