Account hacked

I’ve still been unable to successfully reclaim my old account is there any information someone has on what to do? I have a long purchase history with pubgm since the game came out. Not a single “customer service“representative” has been able to help me in-game. They’re like robots replying the same thing over and over. I need some actual assistance not a bs answer, which is what I get every time.
