Hacked Account

Recently my account was hacked, I sent a request but it was denied and I don't know why, but they said I could send a new request. However, now it's showing that my device is malfunctioning, so I can't send another request, even though the previous one was sent from the same device. My device was hacked and factory reset, so I can't revert to a previously used device.
