I want to change the nvme my install is on to my larger main nvme, however i am at a loss...
as you can see in the image i have cloned my main drive to the one i want to use already (gparted), it originally was the windows drive but i am now trying to move over completely, but i don't know how to make the system actually use it now, because the windows (4tb) one has always been in the main m.2 slot and i imagine that might be why the system hasn't properly moved over, even if i change the boot manager in bios, bazzite just ignores it and uses the loaded boot order which i can see and configure using "efibootmgr"

If you cloned the drive and kept the old drive in, both drives will have identical uuids for their partitions and will confuse the system. Best/easiest way forward is to boot into a live session (bazzite live installer or gparted live) and either change the uuids of the original drive or repartition it and make sure it has unique uuids.
