Geo-Location Issue: Qatar IP Range Misidentified by Cloudflare

We are having trouble with calls to https://www.cloudflare.com/cdn-cgi/trace for Qatar IP's
Example: 212.32.88.18 returns France. Other IP's on the same range show the same result
