Account Problem

Hey everyone,
I have the following problem:

I bought a domain from CloudFlare two years ago and gave a friend of mine access to the domain so that he could manage it. Now the problem is that I no longer have the authentication app and therefore can no longer access my account. I've already submitted a ticket, but to no avail. I also called, but no one answered. What can I do now? I really need access.

Hello, I have the same problem, customer service does not want to collaborate with me because I have a free plan, I just want to resume my work with Cloudflare and I will upgrade to a better plan, but I need to solve this first, is there anything that can be done?
