I am reaching out due to a critical and urgent issue regarding my PUBG Mobile account.
My account was hacked and taken over without my permission, and while it was under the control of unauthorized individuals, it was wrongfully banned for actions that were not performed by me.
I later managed to recover my account, but by the time I regained access, the permanent ban had already been applied.
The violations occurred during the period when the account was stolen, and I had no control over the account at that time.
I have also spent real money on this game, and this situation has caused significant financial and emotional damage. Applying a ban during the hacking period is entirely unfair and unjustified.
