Request for Fair Review of My Account Ban – Wrongful Ban Due to Account Theft and Misunderstanding

Hello PUBG MOBILE Support,

I’ve been wrongfully banned since March 2022. I never used any cheats or hacks. My gameplay was always clean, and my stats were normal with no reports. I’ve had this account since 2018 — it holds years of memories, effort, and love for the game..

What really happened is this: I trusted someone from Kurdistan (Iraq) who promised to buy my account, but he stole it and linked his Facebook to it. Thankfully, I still had access through my email and secondary login. I didn’t log in often to avoid conflict or provoking him. I feared he might get revenge by using cheats on the account.

One day, I found a method on YouTube using App Cloner — a Play Store app that allows you to duplicate apps. It was supposed to trigger a 7-day ban so I could unlink his Facebook. I tried it multiple times, and nothing happened. Around that time, an FPS tool I had previously used was still installed — I had used it only to improve performance on my low-end phone.

Then, suddenly, the account was banned for 10 years.

I don’t know what triggered the system: the App Cloner, the old FPS tool, or maybe he used cheats after realizing I could still access the account. I was trying to protect what was mine — not cheat.

It’s been almost 4 years now. I’ve sent many emails, always respectfully, hoping someone would truly listen. Please, I ask that my case be reviewed by a real person, not just a system. I have proof of everything — clean stats, login details, and more.

I’m not asking for special treatment — just fairness. I love this game and miss my account deeply.

Please be advised that every account is personal to the respective account holder and is prohibited from gifting, lending, trading, sharing or otherwise permitting any other person to access or use other's account as that is against PUBG MOBILE's terms of service.

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service, whether it was done by the owner or someone else that has compromised your account. If your account has been permanently suspended, please submit Appeal through https://pubgmobile.live/support.

And for non-permanent suspensions, submit an account ban appeal by logging into your account and selecting File Claim.
