Request for Account Review – Wrongful Permanent Ban

Hello PUBG Mobile Support Team, I am writing to request a review of my account which was permanently banned in 2022. I would like to explain my situation honestly. At that time, I was playing on a very low-end device that could barely handle PUBG Mobile. My gameplay was extremely laggy (around 20 FPS), and during matches it was almost impossible to land or see properly. Because of this, I tried using a “lag fix config” to improve performance. I want to clarify that I never used hacks, cheats, or any tools that give an unfair advantage. The only reason I used the config was to make the game playable on my device. I understand now that modifying files is against PUBG Mobile rules, but at that time (2022), it was not clearly explained, and I did not fully realize that even a performance fix would result in a permanent ban. I have always respected fair gaming and spent money on RP and items in PUBG Mobile. Losing my account was a huge loss for me, both financially and emotionally. I kindly request your team to review my case once again. I assure you that I will never use any file modification or third-party tool in the future. Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service, whether it was done by the owner or someone else that has compromised your account. If your account has been permanently suspended, please submit Appeal through https://pubgmobile.live/support. And for non-permanent suspensions, submit an account ban appeal by logging into your account and selecting File Claim....
