Trying to figure out how to install Bazzite on an external ssd for dual booting with Windows 11
Hey, I wasn't sure if it was a good idea to make this a post since I'm sure that it's been asked plenty of times, I own both an steam deck and a legion go which came with bazzite installed, both are very cool and I'm very curious about trying out on my Lenovo Legion laptop, I just have some confusions and concerns as someone who's never done a dual boot, specially involving Windows and a Linux OS.
I do know that Nvidia gpus are not 100% supported yet, but I'm still curious to try my luck since I really like the gaming mode and decky loader addons.
I have extremely basic knowledge of Linux and I've followed most of the steps from this tutorial https://youtu.be/KAt49B6rSFI but I get stuck at the Bazzite installation part because it says that I don't have enough space to install it on the drive, I've followed the tutorial up until 5:02 as I'm afraid of doing any fuck ups, I don't know if I need to do this step if I'm planning to install on an external hdd, if someone could help me understand this part I would really appreciate it since I think that this is the reason for why I'm facing this problem.
