File exchange Windows & Linux => FTP not good

Hello there, i am looking for a solution to exchange files between windows and Linux computers.
Default Share :
Dav://
Does not seem to work, i also find some docs saying "please do not SMB" ('cause atomic desktop).
I actually made a FileZilla server to my windows and access to it from FileZilla Client on my Bazzite.
But it sounds lame, and it's not secure and fast as i wish...
Does any of you know what i can do ?
