Account Recovery Impossible Due to Facebook Account Restriction & “Contact Support” Button Inaccessi
Hello PUBG Mobile Support Team,
I am currently unable to access my PUBG Mobile account.
My account is linked to a Facebook account, but the Facebook account has been permanently restricted, making login completely impossible.
However, in the PUBG Mobile Korean (KR) client, when attempting to log in with the restricted account, the “Contact Support” button in the account suspension popup is not accessible, which prevents me from submitting any recovery or verification request through the normal process.
Since the in-game support system of the KR client does not respond or allow access to customer service, I am requesting assistance directly from a live support agent.

• When logging in with the suspended account, only the message “Please return to your social account” appears.
• The “Contact Support” button does not open any support page, making account recovery impossible.
• This issue occurs regardless of the Facebook account restriction status.
• The problem is reproduced on iPhone (iOS) and across different networks.
• Reinstalling the app does not resolve the issue.
