Tile 'dot' colour and resolving url
Is it possible to add a field to an App to have:
1. API / Status URL: used for the green dot
2. Browser URL: used when you click
At the moment I have one but not the other. I do not recall this being an issue in earlier versions of Homarr.

Yes, you have to specify a different url for the ping by clicking on the checkbox which shows another input to specify the ping url:
