Games do not run at all. I don't know why
Hello. I'm a new user to both heroic and linux mint and I'm trying to use epic with heroic.
First of all, I want to say thank you for developing this wonderful program! I really am. But unfortunately either I'm too dumb/noob to something like this or my pc is not compatible (which is a possibility sorry in advance)
(also my first language is not English. If you see any errors i'm sorry, i tried my best.)
So, I'm able to log on and download anything I want from epic. Perfect! But sadly for some reason even after installing proton and wine with no issue, I'm not able to run the game. I might be doing something wrong and I have been troubleshooting for weeks. My best guess is this: for some reason heroic is trying to open the game with my cpu. Even after when I fully switch to nvidia, it still shows in the logs that it's trying to run the game with intel. I tried adding variables that I found on reddit (and chat-gpt also suggested them. I was desperate) and for some reason it still tries to open the game with intel. This is the only thing I can think of. I tried opening heroic with terminal to see what's happening behind the scenes and it also said something similar. I'm out of ideas, my pc now runs entirely on nvidia drivers. I disabled the hybrid status and it still tries to open with intel. Did I do something wrong? What am I missing?
System status:
-GeForce RTX 3060 Mobile (all drivers are also installed)
-CPU: 20x 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-12700H
