My worker is executing far from closer POPs. Don't workers run in Indian POPs?

I just started exploring CF Workers today. When doing a /cdn-cgi/trace on my hello world worker (routed through subdomain (proxied through cloudflare) I notice all the execution is at colo=SIN, while there are many pops in my country (India). I thought this defeated the purpose of trying to run functions at the edge.

Will a paid account change this? Anyone else running workers that is running on Indian pops?
