BIn this setting menu you should be able to enable disable per device

Thank you for this response. Unfortunately, after reboot, it re-enables the onboard controller.

Tried manually in terminal. Seems it will turn them on/off but then I canât connect to the controller even when i try to manually select the MAC address with the asus controller when the intel is turned off.

Was able to turn off the onboard and connect the Xbox controller to the asus manually. Turns out the asus dongle is just as terrible as the onboard. It was the distance. Needed to be right next to it. ð
