Vercel builds are failing with Resource provisioning timed out

I am using the Vercel / Neon integration with preview branches. The integration was working this morning, and I did not change in Vercel or Neon, but now all the sudden all of my builds are timing out with "Resource provisioning timed out" because Neon is hanging on 'Create database branch for deployment'.

Not sure what to do at this point, I've tried rebuilding, and even creating branches reverting to older code before this issue started and everything fails with that same message.

I only have a couple db branches so I don't think its a resource issue. Is this a known issue?

I am not sure if this would help, but I'm considering if should be uninstalling the integration and setting it up from scratch again, but i am not sure what the side effects are...want to make sure I wouldn't lose data or have downtime, and that reconnecting would be seamless.

we are not seeing any errors on our systems but we are talking with Vercel about it. Does it still happen if you retry? I will keep you posted what we hear from Vercel

Gotcha, thanks for looking into it. Yes it's still happening when I retry. It just hangs on "Create database branch for deployment", and then seems to timeout after a few minutes
