Odd... visual glitch?????

Fabric/QuiltNot really sure what the problem is, using big globe world, I don't think I've really changed anything that made it this way but I'm not really sure..? Overdraw prevention is at 0.0 so auto, I did turn Max Vertical Resolution to 1 block and Vertical Quality to 4. High as well as LOD dropoff to medium, but even when I decreased/increased it it didn't seem to make a difference?
