Baldur's Gate III - Possible to install steam deck native build?

I own Baldur's Gate 3 on GOG and wanted to run it through the Heroic Launcher on my Steam Deck. I can install it fine, but does anyone know if/how it would be possible to run the steam deck native version that they released a couple of months ago? Apologies if this has been covered elsewhere!
