How do I run sunshine as service, so I can connect to the PC and then login?

I installed sunshine with ujust setup-sunshine and the connection works fine, when I'm logged in.

However, in my use case I need to connect to my PC remotely and log in.

I'm afraid this won't be possible because of the immutability of the OS, but maybe there is a solution for it?
