Unable to delete a unused profile

This is the only channel I could go to I have been trying to delete an old business profile which has no accounts tied to it or billing details however each time I attempt to delete the account/profile it just gets hung up at zero. I have attempted to create a support ticket (https://www.support.cloudflare.com/s/?language=en_US) but it just keeps redirecting to the main page.

I have attached a screenshot of what happens when I attempt to delete the profile. The profile was just basic email and password auth no SSO was setup so I would like this account removed. Please direct me to the proper channels. Thank you much appreciated.

Hi @Tanmay Kapoor, aplogies for the delayed response I was away all weekend. Evey time I attempt to go to support I am just redirected to this screen

@Tanmay Kapoor, In case you need further evidence. Happy to look into dev tools and see what the error is if needed. (I work on FE and BE at work so I just want to get this issue fixed to make the platform better). Thanks

@Tanmay Kapoor is there any status on this? This is a problem that I would like resolved so I don’t have an account that is no longer used that I need to manage and keep secure.

@Tanmay Kapoor this is clearly a bug in the software. Are there other channels of communication so you all could fix this so I can officially delete the account or at a minimum open a support ticket. Can I use another account to delete it? Thanks
