Arch - installed Heroic/Mangohud via pacman, can't get games to boot with mangohud enabled?

Recently switched my primary desktop to Arch. I've installed HGL to play Epic games and I want to use mangohud in game.
I have my prefixes configured to Auto Install DXVK-NVAPI, I have
Mangohud is installed on my system, but I can't figure out how to bring it up in game.
What am I missing here?
