Some titles failing to launch directly from Heroic
I'm on Windows 11 LTSC, running my games from a separate, E: partition, where Heroic tells me the path might not be writable, but the games do install just fine. However, when I attempt to run them, the "play" button changes to "running" for a brief moment before reverting to "play" again. If I attempt to launch these through their executable manually, as in, going to their root folder or wherever the executable might live, the games will launch.
I also noticed sometimes the path where the save files are also claim to not be writable by Windows, and deleting said folder, letting the games create them again, apparently fixes the issue.
Right now I'm experiencing this with Venetica - Gold Edition, from GOG.
Other titles included Saints Row 2, also from GOG, this one failed to start until the saves folder was re-created.
I will attach the error log for Venetica on here, since I've uninstalled the other games by now already.
