The new TenStore Android Connect engine, developed locally and designed in collaboration with Intel, aiming to deliver the highest performance on mobile and PC, will be released in three days. We strongly urge you to adapt PUBG Mobile to the new emulator.
We are experiencing many problems with GameLoop, the official emulator for the game. You have abandoned emulator players to their fate. You are causing us hardship. The game is currently unplayable. It has lost its fluidity. I quit the game two seasons ago because of the hardship you caused us. As a result, we are also buying Royal Pass and UC. You are obligated to provide service! I expect a response from an administrator, not a moderator, on this matter.

Hello!

Currently, only Arena Breakout is supported on the new engine. More games may be added in the future. Please direct feedback and any GameLoop-related questions to the GameLoop community in the future.

You may refer to the following response from the Operations Team, which addresses most of the current issues currently affecting PUBG MOBILE on the GameLoop platform:

GameLoop is rolling out a new engine to improve long-term stability. The issues mentioned here are planned to be developed and tested in parallel under the upcoming new engine. Other emulator experience issues are also believed to be related to the old engine. These issues will be collected and consolidated, and addressed holistically once the new engine is integrated. Feel free to provide feedback again 1-2 months after the new engine has been released.

The Twitter (X) login issue has been preliminarily identified as a version/engine-related problem. The built-in Twitter login cannot be scheduled for a fix on the old engine.

An internal discussion on the emulator update plan will be initiated this week.

Players who play the game through an emulator encounter many problems in the lobby and during matches. I am an IT specialist. The biggest problem is frame rate. We cannot play the game smoothly at any setting. We don't get that feeling. It freezes and stutters. There is a lot of lag. I have a 13th generation Intel 13700HX processor. It has a metal liquid-cooled system. My hardware is surrounded by thermal pads. There is no overheating. My RAM is 32 GB 4800 MHz. My graphics card is a 4060 8 GB maximum performance. I have optimized my operating system. I have all the necessary hardware.

We are constantly receiving the same standard responses from the moderators and administrators of the GameLoop server. This is not a complaint, but it is not a solution either.
