Even if you explain you are requesting assistance with UID 5911xxx in the additional details section, your claim will be reviewed based on the account you filed the claim for, which is UID 5377xxx.

If you do not have access to 5911xxx, you can submit a recovery request from the login screen of the game instead. Is this helpful?

You should file a new claim from the login screen of the game, and make sure you enter 5911xxx as the UID.

When you submit a claim through the Customer Service section, the claim automatically gets submitted for the account you are on. In this case, it was 5377xxx. The reason why your request was approved could be because of your device.

As mentioned earlier, you need to submit a request from the login screen of the game for 5911xxx.

If you have already contacted the customer service for help then your only option is to wait for their response, but as I mentioned, you need to submit a new claim.

You cannot recover your account by submitting a claim for a different account.

You cannot request your claim to be submitted for another account. If you submit a claim trough the Customer Service section, that claim is automatically submitted for the account you are logged in on regardless of what you mention in the additional information section.

If you want to submit a claim for 5911xxx, you have to do it from the login screen of the game, and not while you are already logged in on another account. This is how the account recovery system works, and this is not something you can change.
