My valorant wont open

Ive tried every way to open it, i cant open riot client or launch any valorant related apps

Basically I double click riot client/valorant and it spins around in a blue circle around my mouse as it's loading, but then it just stops and nothing happens.

this has happened to me before all i did was force close the riot client in the task manager
