Unsuccessful claim!!

I just have a quick question and need an answer ASAP please!!!

If my claim was approved but pubg couldn’t link my phone/email address as they have been already linked to a game account, do I need to wait 7 days to submit a new claim with a different phone/email address or I can just submit another one straight away?

You do not need to wait 7 days if the claim was approved but the phone/email could not be linked because they were already in use.
However, you cannot submit a new claim immediately either if the system has already placed a cooldown (up to 3 months) on your account.

Do NOT submit a new claim.

Go to the official PUBG recovery page and click on “Check Existing Claim.”

Enter your claim number (the one you got in your email). After that, the form will open asking for information again.

Fill out the required info (new email/phone if your previous ones are linked to another account, screenshots, etc.) and submit it.

This is NOT a new claim; it’s a resubmission for your existing approved claim, so the 3-month cooldown does NOT apply.

1. Go to PUBG official account recovery page
• Usually: https://www.pubgmobile.com/account-recovery (ya in-game support section)
2. Look for a section called:
• “Check Existing Claim”
• Sometimes it’s under “Recover Account / Claim Status”
3. How it looks / where it is:
• After opening the recovery page, scroll down slightly
• You’ll see two main options:
1. “Submit a New Claim”
2. “Check Existing Claim / View Claim Status” → Click this
4. Next step:
• Enter your Claim Number (the one from email)
• The system will open the resubmission form
• Fill the required info (new email/phone if previous linked, screenshots)

As far as I know, you will need to submit a new claim. You can send an email to service@pubgmobile.com and ask just to be sure!
