Steam game video output freezes when window is focused

I was gonna play Kletka on steam but then I get this issue where when the window is focused, the video output freezes. It was working fine yesterday but was not working today even though I am on image 43.20260101 bazzite:stable. Beamng.drive works fine, silksong works fine, but not Kletka. I have no idea what I did that would have caused this and the thing that worries me is that this happened without me updating the system. I tried gamescope but it won't capture the mouse properly.
