Pop-out Youtube player multiple issues

I've been using Bazzite on my laptop and noticed that the pop-out player doesn't remember its positioning when closed and then re-opened. The option to make it stick to the top is also gone and unavailable. After setting up window rules, the rules just vanish once the window is closed. I'm unsure what to do from here, please keep in mind I'm new to Linux and not a programmer.
I do not have a second monitor, so I love using the pop-out player while working, to follow along with a tutorial or watch a video as I do mundane work. With this issue, I currently cannot do that, as it won't stick to the top and reset itself when a new video starts or I briefly close the pop-out player.

Oh, it does! I see what I was missing: The window name. Setting up the window config rules like this works for me:
