Youtube Pop-out / PiP losing priority / falling to back when in a Fullscreen application

hi guys, my youtube PiP/popout doesn't show above any applications that i have in fullscreen, is there a fix for this? (i already selected "keep above others" and things like "focus protection")
How do i fix this? i want to have my YT window in the bottom left when i play Genshin Impact
