RPi 4B+ Wont Turn on When EBB42 is Connected
Hi Everyone! I'm setting up my RRVC4 and Im running into this issue where my RPi 4B+ won't boot if my EBB42 is connected. When I plug in the printer everything powers on and LEDs are on as usual but the RPi 4B+ refuses to boot. When I unplug the USB for the EBB42 it boots right up. I can also hit the reset button on the EBB42 and it boots up fine. The EBB42 is running off of USB mode, the jumper is disconnected, and the 24v power line to the EBB42 is correctly hooked up with no loose connections. I've found some posts on reddit describing the issue but none have real solutions other than replacing the components which I'd rather not do. I've also tried all the USB cables in my house but all of them have the same issue. I was wondering if anyone ran into this issue before? I have a RPi 4B+ connected to a BTT Octopus V1.1 (not pro version) and a BTT EBB42 without the max chip. Everything is running Klipper and when it boots correctly it all communicates, and works as it should. Just the start up behavior is weird.
