poor performance nvidia

Hey,
i am tinkering arround for some time right now i noticed a massive performance drop (for instance cs source at sub 30fps with nvidia (it is running at 100% according to nvidia settigs) at 1080p) with my RTX3050 i already did a rollback but apparently not to a state which is knowgly good.. rpm-ostree status was only showing on snapshot prior currrently on 43,20260101 bazzite-gnome-nvidia-open:stable
also tested another game (even worse) which uses openGL (not sure about counter strike source)
cs2 sub 20fps - gpu utilization 35% @1080p expected 150+
counterstrike with DRI_PRIME=0 sub 10fps (intel igpu 11400H) mangohud reporting DXVK 0fps CPU 10% (feels like sub 1fps) GPU shown 50+%
desktop also laggy (gnome)
is this a known issue or a me-problem?
