Rocket League not detecting controller after switching to GPTK 3.0 from Whisky

Mostly in the title. If you need more details, please ask me as I want to get this fixed ASAP! The game runs better on GPTK 3.0 as opposed to Whisky, but my plugged in controller doesn't work.
