Bazzite Not Appearing as an option in Boot Order, Does Appear in separate boot menu though

I have the operating system itself installed and configured
using the amd_x86_64-nvidia version
I can boot into it from my BIOS boot menu, but in the separate BIOS Boot Order Menu it doesnt appear (I want to move windows down in the order and put Bazzite above it so I by default boot into Bazzite instead of Windows 10)
Any advice?
I looked at my grub settings and it looks correct
The EFI settings look correct
