SWAT Elite Force is not starting up.

I just installed SWAT 4 and the Elite Force mod through GOG, using Heroic. SWAT 4 boots up perfectly fine, but for some reason I can't start up Elite Force.

ALSO: Vanilla SWAT 4 doesn't have any sound in the main menu.
