i am trying to submit a account recovery form thru the game but i every time i am trying it the game tells me that unusale activity is detected please change the phone, i have tried my brother phones but the same issue, is there any way to create the ticket other than the game it self? from discord for example?

Please send an email to service@pubgmobile.com and explain that you are unable to use the in-game tool due to restrictions. They will assist you.
