Hacked Banned Account

My account had gotten hacked and someone was playing on my account that I was unaware of and they got my account permanently suspended. I understand that the ban was placed correctly but I was hacked and only when I checked my email, I saw that someone had submitted a ticket to riot games, appealing the ban, and only then did it come to my attention that I was hacked as I haven't been on the game for months. I changed my information right away and got it back but it was too late and they had gotten banned permanently on my account. Please check the ip of around the time my account got banned as it was not me playing on the account. I have never shared my account so I don’t know how my information got stolen. I've submitted tickets but they always tell me the same thing, saying the ban was reviewed over and over and it was placed correctly, but thats not my issue here. I am really trying to get my account back as I spent $400+ on the game and have been playing since Episode 1 Act 2. I would never cheat and if there is any evidence or something you guys suggest I should do, please help me out.
