False permanent ban on PC „third-party software“

Hello. I played Valorant with my friends a long time ago, then didn't play for a while. When I recently wanted to play with my friends again, it said when I logged in that my account was blocked. I didn't think anything of it at first and created a new account. Then I played 2-3 rounds with my friends in the evening and everything was fine. The next day, I wanted to play again, and after the first round, this account was also suspended. I can assure you that I have never cheated and have no intention of doing so. I did some research and apparently your anti-cheat sometimes conflicts with Razer Synapse and Corsair iCUE (where I also don't use macros or anything like that, but only use Corsair iCUE for RGB control).
Support says the ban was justified
I know many players have the same issue, but is there a solution to play anytime again?
