Permanent ban for third party software
Hi, Iâm not really sure how to approach this anymore, but my account was banned for supposedly using third-party software, and Iâm honestly lost. i donât run anything on my PC while playing Valorant except Discord, Riot, and Insights Capture for recording. Every time support answers my ticket, all they say is âthe ban is valid,â without giving any real details. Iâve been playing Valorant for quite a while now, and if you check my Valorant Tracker, you can clearly see my consistent progress and legit improvement over time. the only thing that might be related is that i have an autoclicker installed, but it was absolutely not running while i played. i only use it for AFK or grindy stuff in other games like Roblox, and i always make sure itâs closed when i hop on Valorant.
i genuinely love this game itâs been something i rely on a lot and i would never do anything to jeopardize my account. Like i was told, i even reread the ToS section they claim i violated, and i donât really see anything that directly mentions autoclickers unless Iâm missing something. If anyone can help me understand what happened or offer any guidance, Iâd be extremely grateful. Iâm not even upset about the money Iâve put into the account; i just want to play again. this whole situation has been really discouraging.
