Permanent Ban for “Third party software”
Hello i dont really know how to go about this kind of thing but basically my account has been banned for third party software but there is literally NOTHING else open on my pc when i play Valorant. The only things i ever have opened are discord, riot, and that windows security thing thats always opened in the background. Im so confused and anytime they respond to my ticket its just “this was a fair ban” and thats it. No real explanation. Ive played Valorant for a very long time and you can even see if you look at valorant tracker (i do not have it downloaded just if you use browser and look) that my rank has always been steady gold-plat and my progress of actually earning it. To add onto this i have looked high and low into my pc and the only thing i can think is i have a VPN on my computer but it was definitely not active while i was playing. I have this VPN due to my work because theres a lot of very confidential things that go into it but i NEVER have it active when i use my computer to play games. I love this game and its been my escape for quite a while and i would never ever risk my account. I read the section of ToS it says im breaking and theres really not a lot about VPNs unless maybe im just reading it wrong. If there is anyone to just help explain this or help in anyway id extremely appreciate it. I dont even really care about all the money ive put into the account i just genuinely enjoy playing the game and am really disheartened from this. Thanks!

I am so sorry for you, i know the feeling right now and this really stinks. I just want to atleast know what i did wrong so i can have atleast some piece of mind that it is my fault but from where i stand everything theyre saying i did i dont think i did :/
for what you wrote seems like you have no fault but the anticheat detected something or i dont really know because in my pc i don't have nothing with program since i do all the stuff with my laptop
so i think its a false positive ban
I believe it is too but im not a dev or anything so i really dont know how this stuff works but i tried to articulate myself well in the tickets and they just gave me nothing in return. I really feel like they didnt actually look into my problem and just wrote me off. I hope that someone in this community can help or maybe even help me with what to say if i open another ticket.
i just spent like 5 hour on community/channel, i just concluded that they don't care in the ticket
Thats extremely upsetting. Is there another place for support? Or is it simply just the tickets?
someone in reddit post said that if you have somebody inside you can contact him to human review the case but im searching and they didn't answer.. maybe they have so much message
i tried everything but i think only solution is to search somebody that work for riot

Nope i know thats against rules and have never done so. I have moved a few times but i dont think that would effect anything

they had issue with vanguard and devs got it fixed for them

devs said I got banned for cheating they cant do anything, (did not find hacks just said cant help cuz its a cheating ban ig) but the devs didnt talk in this ticket how did u know they got unbanned

yea its a hwid ban she said its cuz the "cheat" was detected on my pc is what anticheat thought
she didn't do a manual review
I wasn't cheating if she does a manual review it'll be confirmed im sure
I wouldn't even fight here daily if I hacked

its not, detected is whats done by anticheat found is whats done by manual review, learn the difference. I dont wanna argue with someone who doesn't know difference between detected and found
