Permanent Ban for “Third party software”
Hello i dont really know how to go about this kind of thing but basically my account has been banned for third party software but there is literally NOTHING else open on my pc when i play Valorant. The only things i ever have opened are discord, riot, and that windows security thing thats always opened in the background. Im so confused and anytime they respond to my ticket its just “this was a fair ban” and thats it. No real explanation. Ive played Valorant for a very long time and you can even see if you look at valorant tracker (i do not have it downloaded just if you use browser and look) that my rank has always been steady gold-plat and my progress of actually earning it. To add onto this i have looked high and low into my pc and the only thing i can think is i have a VPN on my computer but it was definitely not active while i was playing. I have this VPN due to my work because theres a lot of very confidential things that go into it but i NEVER have it active when i use my computer to play games. I love this game and its been my escape for quite a while and i would never ever risk my account. I read the section of ToS it says im breaking and theres really not a lot about VPNs unless maybe im just reading it wrong. If there is anyone to just help explain this or help in anyway id extremely appreciate it. I dont even really care about all the money ive put into the account i just genuinely enjoy playing the game and am really disheartened from this. Thanks!
