Vcore 3.2h Homing X axis in diagonal, Y axis ok

setupI'm configuring a Vcore 3.2H, and I've reached the Sanity Check stage. When I get to the Homing stage, it works fine on the Y-axis, but on the X-axis it moves diagonally, as if only one motor were moving. However, that motor is working correctly because it moves when using Stepper Buzz. And if I tell it to move in X or Y via Mainsail, it moves correctly.

I had a virtual endstop assigned to that motor, and every time it homed in x, it thought it was active and stopped the motor's movement.
