Routing / Peering Issues Affecting Riot Games Titles

Hello, for a long period of time, I have been experiencing consistently high ping when playing Riot Games titles (primarily Valorant and League of Legends).
My ISP is Makedonski Telekom AD – Skopje.
The issue is specific to Riot’s network, as my ping in other online games on the same European servers is lower.
My ping was/is constantly high for a long time (averages around ~60 for Frankfurt servers and around ~75 for London servers). This has been constant throughout last year and currently.
One random day in December (08-12-2025) my ping changed. This type of ping only lasted for one day and after it got back to what it used to be (See the screenshot where I have 18ms on Istanbul server).
As I mentioned, this seems to appear only on Riot Games titles. My ping is slightly better on other games. I understand that my ISP changes traffic frequently. Is there any way that this can be fixed or something that I can do without changing my ISP?
(I mention these servers because they are the ones that I play the most on)
