Riot games servers routing issues causing high pign.
2 of my friends who live in different places have same issues with ping. I'm assuming it's same issue I had before and you helped me and fixed it by contanting my provider.
they used to have around 20 ping in warsaw with 40 ping in frankfurt, but now it's a total mess.
Provider name is: Domonet (Kiev). Screenshots attached. Seems like they have lower ping on Bahrein servers than Warsaw (120 vs 226)
