Slack Socket Mode never initializes - Health shows OFF
OpenClaw 2026.3.2, Mac Mini M4, macOS. Slack tokens valid (status shows OK, both xoxb and xapp tokens detected), Socket Mode ON in Slack dashboard, connections:write scope on app token, but Slack never appears in gateway.log during startup and openclaw status --deep shows Health > Slack: OFF - not configured.
Gateway log shows all services starting (heartbeat, browser/server, canvas) but zero [slack] lines. Ran openclaw doctor --fix. Config has mode: socket, enabled: true, groupPolicy: open, accounts.default with allowFrom: ["*"], streaming: false.
