UGREEN HDMI Adapter on LG C4 (OLED)

Hey guys, couple of questions to anyone who knows the answers regarding the UGREEN adapter (specifically LG OLED).
I‘ve splurged on a third try and this time it started off great. Now I know I‘m committing a cardinal sin by using a 3m long cable. Due to the setup in my living room there is no shorter option at the moment. Sometimes it works without any issues, but sometimes it starts flashing a black screen, which is quite annoying. Is there anything i could do to fix this, or any kind of general troubleshoot? Also if I remember correctly, the OLED panel is at fault for VRR flicker, which is abysmal when setting the display to 120Hz. It’s fixed when turning off VRR in the Home Screen, but then sound starts to crackle, which is also irritating. Is there any way to circumvent this?
